Room 315 was phenomenal.

− The unit is a bit tired. And the coffee maker takes 45 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Very minor stuff

5.0We really liked how close it was to the ski hill. The ski-in and ski-out access was great and made everything super easy. The hot tubs were awesome, and the pool was nice, the kids loved it. We also liked having a rental shop right in the building, and the bunny hill being right there was really convenient. Overall, it was a great spot for our family.
− We didn’t like dealing with the property manager. She claimed the room wasn’t dirty, even though it clearly was. There was also misinformation we were told there was a hot tub on the condo’s deck, but there wasn’t. Communication with the property manager was very poor, with no accountability and a lot of pushback, especially when we raised concerns about the cleanliness of the unit.

− Cutlery was in a bit short supply - no teaspoons , no salt and pepper. Would have liked to know where refuse wrnt withoit having to ask.
