It was “ok” but not at all what we expected or worth $800+.
5.0Beds were comfy and water was hot.
− The house needed a “deep clean”…appliances, baseboards, windowsills, tub, snacks left were expired, trash under the bed. The yard needed mowing, tree was scratching the window, big bird nest on the porch light, and wasp nest on the porch.

− Only complaint would be the bathroom. Tub area could be updated.
Great location. Great value. Quiet neighborhood. Nice furnishings. Serviceable, not luxurious.

− It was cute, but old. Dead roaches and roach traps in the kitchen. But, it was a very good value. I was happy with it overall. Very comfy, king sized beds, nice tv and living room. Easy entry. Hosts gave excellent instructions.

− It’s an older house so it smells a little musty in entry but candles helped with that. Coukd use a place for clothes in 2nd bedroom but, again, it’s a beautifully refurbished old house so gotta work with the bones.
