The location was great. We was down for the weekend for a Derby party at my daughter's and the location was an easy walk 5 blocks, but it rained and still had to drive, that was no problem. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary items needed to prepare my meal for the party, bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all necessary items. The owners were very nice and available when we arrived in had forgot our codes to get in and they were a phone call away and resent my text. What a lifesaver. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

− I did not like that there were no curtains on the windows and there was a super bad draft in the bathroom so showering was not ideal.

Excellent location for access to downtown Wilmington, the included parking garage access was very convenient, modern apartment was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We hope to stay there again.
