The apartment is very spacious, clean and well located. The host, Burhan, is very friendly and supportive. Only minor issue during check in time when we have to wait for around 20m for the key during the evening time. Apart from that, it is okay.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your flat. We have stayed in various holiday apartments over the years and have never had to submit a negative review until now – unfortunately, this experience was deeply unsatisfactory and deserves to be addressed. To start, we faced a serious issue with the main door lock, which was difficult to operate and left us feeling uneasy. Travelling with 2 young children (11 and 5 years), it did not feel safe to be at midnight in a foreign country in front of a door without finding the keys and after minutes of messing, facing difficulties operating the main lock as it was faulty. Adding to our concern, one of the terrace door locks from the bedroom was completely broken, making it impossible to secure the flat properly at night. Being in a foreign country with neighbouring flats on both sides, this left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe throughout the stay. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which made it very difficult to stay connected, particularly frustrating as we relied on it for local navigation and communication. Cleanliness also fell far below expectations. The sofas were visibly dirty, and one of the bedroom sheets had stains, which was extremely off-putting. For a booking made for four people, we were provided with only one tiny bottle of shower gel, one small shampoo, and a single miniature bar of soap – not nearly enough for the entire week. We also had no spare bed sheets, which is basic hospitality. Furthermore, there were bugs/ cockroaches in the apartment. In the bathroom, water collected at the bottom of the bath with no bath mat provided, making it slippery and unsafe. To make things worse, we were given only two toilet rolls for the whole week – again, completely inadequate for four guests. Lastly, the air conditioning units in both bedrooms were loud and noisy during the night, which severely impacted our sleep quality.
