− The location of the property wasn't amazing - tucked away down a little alleyway so it was a bit dark and dingy.

Good location, in the centre of Penzance, with shops, bus and train station all in walking distance.

− There was no instructions for how to work the heating, so we had to play about with it.
The surrounding area is not good. Overall it’s ok
