− cleanliness hygiene water heater was poorly managed for 3 rd person only sofa available which is not convertible to bed. Bathroom shower place is too small and very low flow water outcome.

− The advertised "sofa bed" was a broken sofa - we could have booked any other one bedroom flat for cheaper had we known that one of us would simply be sleeping on a sofa. The shower head was not plumbed in, just a hollow pipe for show only. The toilet seat was almost completely detached.
