Very disappointing, not good value for money. So dissatisfied we cut short our stay.
3.0Nice view to rear of property. Beds comfortable.
− Poor parking and access. Property poorly lit, especially the stairs by and landing. The en suite shower temperature was very hot and couldn’t be regulated, totally unsafe for children. Both bathrooms had leaked onto downstairs ceilings, en-suite leaking causing water to drip through lounge ceiling. Patio was untidy and unsafe due to broken outside power socket having exposed terminals, a hazard with children. Oven very slow to heat up, coffee maker has European plug, so couldn’t be used as no UK adapter available. Limited supply of suitable pans for the induction hob, regular pans don’t work! No fire extinguisher or fire blanket evident in the kitchen area. Not much information about the house or location in general, eg local places to eat or drink.
A great countryside retreat
8.0We stayed for Christmas the owner kindly put up a tree for us a lovely touch. The location was perfect for a relaxing break with great walks. We liked the quirky interior design. The downstairs space was great. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of storage space. The beds were comfortable and good quality linen and towels. A beautiful view from the house. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
− General maintenance of the property, the patio doors gaps at top causing drafts. En-suite shower taps very stiff and difficult to operate. The main bathroom is tired and in need of repair. These small improvements are fixable and would make it perfect.

10.0Sehr sauber +++ und geräumiges Haus. Alles auffindbar was nötig ist. Für Kinder gibt es ein Spielzimmer, welches viele Spielmöglichleiten wie z.b. Brettspiele, Kiste mit Verkleidungen usw, bietet. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, die Nachnarschaft ist freundlich und ruhig. Alles super und gerne wieder 👍🏻
− Es wird sehr warm im Haus und die Hitze ist auch, durch das Öffnen der Fenster in der Nacht, nicht aus dem Haus zu bekommen.
