1.0Facilities great, and thats the only good point
− - Irresponsible owner, need to ask for the checkin details on the checkin date, and still delay our checkin - Not clean at all, found lots of cockroaches under the bed and living room, disgusting - Not functioning aircond in the second room Found lot of cockroaches keep coming out, we killed 10+, then contacted owner, promised will come and clean on the second day morning. But in the end didnt even after we came back after at 1pm. Disappointed Then immediately we asked for refund, and booked another accommodation.

1.0I made a booking for the same day, completed the payment, and received confirmation. However, when I tried to contact the property to confirm check-in details, no one answered my calls or messages. After waiting for approximately two hours, I finally received a response at around 6:00 pm, at which point I was informed that the property was fully booked and was asked to cancel my booking.
