8.0Da localização Apesar de pequeno o apartamento está bem montado, seria um lugar agradável de ficar se não fossem os itens negativos
− A limpeza deixou a desejar, a cocha da cama tinha cheiro de usada, ou seja, indicando que provavelmente não foi lavada e os lençóis estavam bem usados, pois estavam esgarçados, o quarto tinha um forte cheiro de cigarro , mesmo deixando a janela aberta por vários dias o cheiro não saiu . O banheiro tinha um cheiro desagradável . O suporte de cabides do guarda-roupa está numa altura de quase 2 metros, ficando difícil o uso para pessoas quem tenham menos de 1,80 de altura. Da mesma forma o microondas está num lugar alto dificultando o uso. A janela do banheiro é da cozinha são internas para um mesmo duto usado por outros apartamentos onde não tem acústica, você escuta perfeitamente os vizinhos falando e quando estão usando o banheiro.
Ótimo atendimento, ótima localização. Não tive problemas com nada.
