Mixed feelings.
7.0Great location, perfect for a short walk to town in the evening. Large house with access to the garden from every room. Lovely gardens and a nice roof terrace, although a shame the BBQ up there is no longer usable.
− The pool needs quite a bit of maintenance. Lots of missing tiles and where they are missing there appears to be mould growing under the water somehow! Didn't stop us using it but it wasn't ideal. 3 of the sliding doors did not lock properly, the owner did offer to send a door specialist but we didn't want the inconvenience of having work done during our short break. The driveway gates are automatic but broken so we had to park our rental car on the street.

− There had been a water leak so kitchen had a musty damp smell. Hot water is a little scarce for showering in the morning, guess until the solar builds up. Some of the woodwork is a little tired but has the potential to be stunning. The pool with its green tiles doesn’t give a good first impression that’s clean water but it is.
Beautiful house and garden near Latchi beach
10.0Beautiful house and garden. Comfortable, quiet and secluded but within walking distance to Latchi beach. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Like the home we want to have in Cyprus. Olga was very nice and friendly and greeted us on our arrival.
− For our one week stay, the kitchen could use more stock of consumables (dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc.)
A great place to stay and travel outside the peak tourist season!
