− It’s not clean at all. Very hefty price for a place that really requires attention to detail cleaner. Too pricey for what it is. I’d give it a 1 ⭐️ Shocking price for a very unkempt studio 🙈

A rocky start but decent stay
4.0The apartment I stayed in was had pretty decent facilities and access to the garden.
− Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, my friend and I arrived at 4pm and we didn't know the code to access the lock box and retrieve the keys (nor did we know which lock box to open). We called the number on the booking to ask for the code only to be told that the cleaner was still in our apartment. We had to wait for over half an hour to be allowed access to the apartment. The cleaner seemed nice but didn't speak fluent English so communication about the matter was a stuggle. When we eventually got allowed in it wasn't even that clean - not dirty but definitely not worth the wait. The location wasn't great either it was quite a hike from the tube station and once on the tube it takes ages to get to central but i suppose that aspect is typical of cheaper stays in London.
