1.0− I never actually stayed at the property. I couldn’t get in the place when I arrived. And I called the host multiple times to address the issue, they never respond or return the call. Even Booking has had difficulty reaching them. I requested a refund, but that has not been honored. It was a horrible experience for me, unfortunately.
I was very happy and satisfied with my stay!

9.0Lovely host, nice room, quiet enough. Very close to the metro, very easy access to Manhattan. We would definitely stay again in the future!
Lovely location and clean, but no heating in winter is unreasonable.

− No heating in the building and only a sheet and one blanket on the bed in a New York Winter?? Thankfully there some empty rooms and I was able to take the blankets off those beds for a comfortable night.
