Clean but facilities could be improved
5.0The house was very clean. Very good, quiet and secure location with own parking, very lovely Communication with owner was good.
− 1. All bedding were extremely creased, was poor quality, nylon material , awful to sleep in. We had to iron them by ourselves which took our time as we didnt plan for this 2. Matresses on 3 rooms not comfortable at all 3. The house has no single full length mirror, you have to rely & trust others tht you are properly dressed 4. There were no bin liners to change , so we ended up with an overflowing bin 5 . Kitchen could do with ant tteatment as we left our food on the table tops overnight only to find all fully covered with ants & we had to throw all away

− Lots of stairs - It is over 4 floors.
Host rude & insulting.
5.0Downstairs toilet. Clean.
− No information on anything, heating, Wi-Fi, parking. Too hot in the property. Ben the host was very rude & abrupt when communicating. No customer service, no manners.
Beautiful well kept home. Had everything that was needed.
8.0It was ideal for the purpose needed and the host was very responsive and accommodating to early check in
− Felt like i was being watched on camera. Main bedroom mattress needs changing
Angry 😤 and upset Parking ticket added to expensive trip to family funeral. Upset that host could have given instruct
3.0Clean and tidy
− Parking scam. Poor communication with host. Received parking ticket. No notice to say where not to park. No instruction from host on where to park. Neighbours say lots of people are caught out by this. There is a designated space but this is not communicated by the host. Private car parking firm put ticket on the car at 06.15 !!
Overall we would recommend this property. I hope the owner would take our feedback on board and take action for the 1 an
