DO NOT STAY HERE
1.0Absolutely nothing. The apartment was absolutely disgusting and we had to leave and go find a hotel. See comments below.
− Upon arrival, the apartment smelled like STRONG CAT URINE. It was absolutely disgusting that within the 4 minutes of being there I started to get a sinus migraine. We contacted the managing company immediately and they did not answer or get back to us for a few hours. I requested a full refund because this place was uninhabitable. Every room smelled like cat pee seeped into the wood floors. There were also nasty stains on the couch in the living room. The managing company told me they would give me a refund and they did not. When I started inquiring about a refund again, they simply ignored my messages. I have a snapshot of the messages telling me they will process my refund. I also contacted booking.com and they did not respond to me either. When I had booked this apt there were no reviews. I was not aware that it was an Air B&B. So I had to pay for this NASTY apt and then go pay for a local hotel as well.
