10.0La tranquilidad del lugar, especial para descansar. Fuimos en temporada baja, entonces había poco turista muy relajado
− Lo único sería que la terraza se llovía, nos tocó días de lluvia y no se podía salir a la terraza.

Negative! The host was impossible to deal with.
3.0− This was a very negative experience. The host wanted us to pay with cash but she doesn't live near Pucon. She asked us to give the money to one of her friends but refused to give us a receipt for payment. She also wanted to charge us IVA to offset the commissions she had to pay to Booking. She told me I had to reach out to Booking to deal with this, which was not true. The Booking terms were very clear. As a foreigner, this was ridiculous. She sent me message after message on WhatsApp. If I hadn't spoken Spanish this would have been impossible. After 10+ years of using Booking without a problem (and never writing a negative review) this was an incredibly negative experience. If you aren't a Chilean who can transfer funds using a bank account I don't recommend staying with this very difficult owner. Also, please note the condo is a very long walk down a steep hill through a densely populated resort to get to the water.
