9.0Lo mejor del apartamento sin lugar a dudas son las vistas. Además estaba muy limpio, es muy amplio y confortable, tiene suficiente menaje, nos dejaron toallas de playa y sombrillas. Anne estuvo atenta a cualquier necesidad.
− La única pega es para personas con poca movilidad ya que hay que bajar unas escaleras bastante largas para llegar. Y algunas puertas que estaban hinchadas por la humedad y no cerraban, Por lo demás genial.

10.0Чудові апартаменти, а головне це вид з вікон і балкону. Хочеться просто сидіти і спостерігати за рибалками і заходами сонця. У помешканні було все необхідне від столових приборів до туалетних приналежностей. Як для двох людей дуже просторо. Дякую команді North Haven Team за чудове перебування
− Були деякі нюанси в квартирі: кавоварка уже старенька і протікає але ніби справляється, фен також уже не новий. Під'їзд по крутим одностороннім вулицям не з легких; паркінг інколи був зайнятий, паркуватись просто на сусідній вулиці

8.0Las vistas son impresionantes, parece que estás en un barco. La amplitud del apartamento, bonita decoración, hay de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Te dejan hasta toallas de playa, que se agradece mucho sobretodo si viajas en avión. Anne Lie y Claudia muy atentas y agradables, siempre disponibles para cualquier duda. Nos ha gustado mucho.
− Si tienes alguna dificultad física o vas con carrito de niño las escaleras pueden ser un problema.

Increíble apartamento y vistas, encima del mar!
9.0Las vistas desde todo el salón y la cocina y la tranquilidad del apartamento son espectaculares. El apartamento es amplísimo y tiene de todo. Las camas son comodísimas. Siempre pudimos aparcar en la puerta. Puerto de la Cruz está a 10 min del coche. El apto está en una zona muy tranquila que era lo que buscábamos.
− No es nada que supusiera un problema pero hay muchos escalones para llegar al apartamento que quizás para una persona mayor o con dificultades pueda ser un problema.
