− The bathroom and kitchen water facet take off from the main body. Needs some check and fix before give to customer.

− No ac, lack of decent notification about AC, killed a roach, front desk supervisor, I believe initials NC was rude, unprofessional in attitude and behavior

Great breakfast with clean facility but some upgrades are still needed.

− The cable for the TV was not stable. And the shower curtain was not water resistant and flooded the bathroom floor despite vigilance to prevent it.
Bad....
1.0Second time booking at this hotel and when I came to check in, I was told the AC wasn't working. Not only that, I have not been issued a refund as I speak. Will never book with.you guys. And I need my money back.

A wonderful and peaceful getaway during a stressful move.
8.0It was clean and very spacious. We were a family of 4 with 2 dogs and we had so much room.
− I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but maybe having a coin machine in the laundry room would’ve been better.
