2.0La vue, l'emplacement, la propreté et l'appartement très classe. Ainsi que la piscine extérieure très appréciable.
− La réservation avec Booking a posé un Gros Probleme ! Dans ma recherche j'avais demandé Parking Inclus. j'ai donc réservé. confirmation dans ma synthese j'avais Parking Inclus (jai une capture d'ecran). Or ni Booking ni l'hotel ne pouvait prendre en charge ma voiture de Location que j'ai du rendre à l'aéroport. Les parkings publics autour sont hors de Prix. de plus le check out était à 11 AM et notre Vol à 11 PM soit 12h plus tard. L 'hotel a réfusé de garder nos bagages l'apres midi et nous a demander 65 dollars pour un chek out tardif à 01PM maxi

− 1. Hidden extra fees discovered after full payment ($43 mandatory per day to access to hotel amenities - applied even for late arrivals - purely unfair) 2. Cleanliness - You pay $139 of cleaning fees and find a dirty place 3. Valet parking too expensive 4. Unit is managed by Air b&b - external to hotel management system. Once checked in the person in charge is no longer available if you have any issues (I complained for the uncleanliness - she didn’t follow up and left me without solution) 5. $350 deposit required - refunded after 14 days 6. Not quite - you can hear the neighbor’s noise 7. Serious doubts on the pool cleanliness - moisture and trash plastic cups …

A nightmare! Horrible service and experience.

− Dirty bed linens, Extra fees charged with no previous information, dirty apartments, laundry machine wasn’t working, TV also not working, asked for repairs that took hours to arrive and simply didn’t come on the day I reported. Would never ever stay here again. A nightmare!! For what they charge definitely not worth it! Also location is not good.
