− Servizio cena un po' lento; Maggiore attenzione ai prodotti chimici riposti in cucina sotto il bancone utilizzato per preparazione piatti( riporli in armadio dedicato e chiuso);maggiore attenzione all'utilizzo dei dispositivi igienico-sanitaria in dotazione al personale addetto alla cucina( copri barba,grembiuli, guanti, cuffiette...)
