It was not a good experience witht his property

− Condition of room was not good and Services provided were very bad, I was shifted 4 times due to one or other issue. like wastr not coming in toiled, ac not working, door lock not proper.
No One to greet us becomes "No Show"
1.0Everything was arranged before. I booked a day early so that I could get an early check-in and all was conformed directly with the property. When we arrived early morning, it was closed, locked and no one responded to our calls or calls for assistance. Eventually the driver found us another place where we could check in for the day. I sent a message to the accommodation and booking.com and got an apology but later that day I was told we could not check in as we had been marked as a "no show" and we could not check in to my PRE PAID accommodation. I am still awaiting correspondence from Booking.com about this... and a refund.

− Room was really small and location was very bad For 5 min there was no electricity and we asked for water bottle but they didn't gave us

− No towels provided or soaps. They said room has fridge but unavailable. Tv not working. I believe these are a very basic amenities.
