Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr zentral gelegen.
8.0Die Unterkunft ist trotz Regen Verkehr sehr ruhig und bei warmen Außentemperatur angenehm kühl.
− Die Wohnung ist im ersten OG und der Aufzug ist von der Straße bzw. vom Parkplatz für eine Person mit Körperlichen Einschränkungen zu weit entfernt.

8.0− Das einzige Manko an der tollen Wohnung ist: das WLAN 😅 es ist kein Festnetz-WLAN. Sobald Wolken kommen, es anfängt zu regnen, bricht wie beim Handy auch der Empfang in der Ecke zusammen. Wer aber mal offline sein möchte > perfekt! 😉
Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe Südstrand.
