Die Lage an der Waterfront ist toll. Der Pool lädt nach einem anstrengenden Tag zum erfrischen ein.

− Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend saniert werden. Alles wirkt recht alt und schäbig. Zu wenig Handtücher und am Pool keine Liegen.

Pleasant & comfortable stay with spectacular river view.

Superb location at Kuching Waterfront itself within walking distance to most city attractions, and right above jetty for boat to cross the river. Totally agree that the river view is spectacular. Free and safe indoor parking. Huge apartment and rooms. Big bathrooms - even 2 showers in the main one. Kitchen and washing machine, with detergent provided. Salt, sugar and cooking oil provided (but corn oil - see dislikes below). Almost complete pots, pans, cutlery and utensils. Very easy check in and check out process. Highly responsive host online.

− -In the master bedroom, the remote control does not work at all on the aircon even although the remote itself seems to work fine. As if the (3rd party) remote is not really for the aircon unit. -All remote controls had weak batteries, especially for the media player. -Bathrooms have no towel rod, just one little hook behind the door. There's so much wall space to put a rod. -No chopping board in the kitchen. -No extra trash bags for a whole week's stay. Also not enough dish washing liquid - too little left from the previous tenants. -Corn oil provided instead of palm oil - it's less suitable for deep frying.

− The gym is not worth using and the apartment could have been a little cleaner. The air con in the larger bedroom doesn’t work very well

Very spacious and clean room. Clear instructions for check-in and nice and on time. Helpful and quick when needing anything. Lovely location with views on the river. Close to shops and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped. Would stay again.
