Excellent large and comfortable unit …. Clean, tidy and functional …..at delight to stay in. Would be top of list if was visiting again. Great location for conference centre plus restaurants and bars in Lillestrøm. Easy access to trains to Oslo.

Great spacious place with the beautiful terrace, at the convenient location. Great communication with the owner.

− There are no tight shutters at the windows, so at night in summer it can be too much light in the room.

The apartment doesn’t have AC as described.

The apartment is in a great location and has a spacious layout with a beautiful large balcony — these were the positive aspects.

− the major downside was the lack of air conditioning. I specifically booked this apartment because it was listed as having AC, and I even contacted the host beforehand to confirm. He assured me that the apartment had air conditioning. But upon arrival, I was surprised to find there was none. When I brought this up with the host, he replied that no previous guests had complained and that the weather in Norway is usually cool. He also mentioned that there’s a heater in the apartment — but as I explained, heating and air conditioning are not the same. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a heatwave, and the apartment was extremely hot. We couldn’t sleep comfortably, and since we arrived late, it wasn’t possible to find other accommodation. Due to this misleading information, I have filed a complaint with Booking and am currently waiting for them to take appropriate action. I hope this matter is addressed to ensure future guests don’t face the same issue.
