The apartment was very well located but on a quiet street away from the busyness of Rome. Rosa is a fantastic host and had the apartment very welll appointed with wine, snacks, candies and more. She even gave us a parting gift in celebration of our upcoming anniversary that we were going to spend elsewhere. Rosa is the queen of hospitality!

− There isn’t really anything we didn’t like. Maybe having a washing machine for laundry would be nice but not required. The place was excellent.

Excellent location in the center, close to everything. The apartment is large, comfortable, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Most importantly, Rosa, the host, is simply amazing — we received a very warm welcome with a plate of fruit, cookies, and wine. She sat with us and explained everything. You can truly see that she cares about her guests. Highly recommended!

Alojamiento céntrico, accesible y perfecto para visitar Roma. Pero si hubiese que destacar algo, eso sería Rosa. La dueña del piso. Mujer maravillosa, inigualable, preocupada por que la estancia sea perfecta. Tanto yo como mi hija la recordaremos siempre, ha sido un amor. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia un recuerdo imborrable.

The most beautiful place and the best host!

You simply must stay here! The owner, Rosa, a retired English teacher, is the loveliest host you could find. She told us everything we needed to know about Rome, gave us notes on what to see and where to eat out, and she left the fridge full of snacks, water and wine for us (all complimentary!) and gave us a bottle of Limoncino (as it was both our birthday). The apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor of an XVI century apartment building in the centre of Rome, is beautiful and spacious and very clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom and shower are very spacious. The kitchen has everything you may need (including spices, olive oil, etc). Walking distance to both Vatican and Colosseum and other important places. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely book this place again if we come back to Rome. Thank you, Rosa!

Everything. Rosa had done everything to make it a special place. Little extra touches which went a long way. She even gave my MIL a birthday present. The lane/street downstairs had lovely restaurants too.

Rosa is the best host we have met. Kind and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communication. Apartment is superb and location is amazing. We look forward to returning.
