− Some chairs by river needs replaced
Nice construction and location but lacking in maintenance/repair for top rating.
8.0− The porch roof leaked in over 20 locations. TVs were all different and controlling them was different. Need attention to maintenance to match the property value.

− I didn’t feel it was very clean. I pulled a dirty sock out from under couch,full of dog hair. The floors were dirty. The towels smell sour. The chair down by the river was cracked and rotten. It was overgrown down by the river.

10.0Absolutely everything. We came here for our honeymoon of April 2024, then came back for our 1 year Anniversary of April 2025.
− The side and front of the house needs new storm lights, they need to be replaced, because it was super dark at night walking our dogs in the front side yard.
