− Nella descrizione dell'appartamento: - omessa indicazione che è al 3° piano senza ascensore (io sono un cardiopatico). - mancanza totale di attrezzature di confort, boiler acqua, bustine tè o nescafè, bustine zucchero... nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. - mancanza di qualsivoglia detergente o asciugamani o tovagliette per il bagno o la cucina. - una porta dell'armadio divelta e appoggiata dietro la testiera del letto. - TV ubicata in CUCINA, non in camera da letto.
