− Fraud hotel. Never come here. No services . Small time rooms you can't even stretch your legs. Can't imagine they did some visual fraud

5.0Proximity to the Bagdogra airport was the best thing about the stay. The caretaker helped us with a airport-drop taxi.
− The bathroom water quality was poor, tasting like what was probably rust. There was no proper bucket/mug inside. Our room was on the 2nd floor, where we had to carry all our luggage via stairs since there was no elevator. We had to go the ground floor to fill drinking water.

10.0While my Darjeeling trip I stayed there two times with my family. Everything was fine, behaviour of staff was very humble and supportive. As no service for restaurant so self cooking needs to be facilitated. Cleaning, location, price, internal service everything fine satisfactory.
