7.0The flat was in a great location which was very well situated. The flat was very clean with everything you needed.
− the bed was very soft not good for bad backs. Both the sofas in the lounge were the same very soft and very uncomfortable. The polished floor was very slippery and you had to be careful when walking as it was easy to slip.
A wonderful soothing retreat from the chaos of my normal life.
9.0Thank you for a great stay. Easy and calm and quiet - just what I needed. Super thoughtful treats left for me. Lovely shower and luxurious towels.
− Possibly some shower gel / shampoo - but then I don't like the plastic involved in that- so maybe a solid shampoo bar and a second soap bar for the shower??
