1.0Forgot my phone charger and the man working kindley lent me his charger.
− Paid extra, got downgraded, treated like it didn't matter I paid a premium in advance to secure the family-sized room (Room 1). When I arrived, I found out other guests had been put in it because of a booking mix-up that had nothing to do with me. Their error. My loss. Instead of taking responsibility, staff shrugged me off into a smaller room (Room 3) — no apology, no explanation, no refund, not even a partial one for the difference. Not a single gesture to acknowledge that I didn't get what I paid for. This isn't just poor service — it's taking someone's money for one thing and delivering another, then not bothering to make it right when called on it. If this is how they handle a mistake before you've even settled in, think hard about how they'd handle a real problem during your stay. I wouldn't book here again, and I'd think twice before trusting them with your money at all.
