8.0Very close to the centre of Canterbury with the train station just up the street.
− Flat was tired and in need of updating.
Comfortable relaxing short break
8.0Comfy bed. Good location. Well equipped.
− Needed curtains in bedrooms as blinds didn’t shut fully. Some bedroom drawers needed fixing. Raised lip on front door was too easy to trip over. Parking was fine for small car but large car wouldn’t fit into space

9.0Ease and facilities available, my friend particularly liked the variety of glasses and cups! :) All very cosy and comfy!
− Not much we didn’t like, if nitpicking, we couldn’t easily open the window to get some air into the bedrooms and the car space was quite tight to get into (but we had been warned!)
Nice flat, unfortunately without the guaranteed parking space.

− The parking-space was blocked. The neighbors told me it had been like this for month! Fortunately, a neighbor was kind enough to show us a safe parking space 1km away. The host didn't react to our e-mail.
Lovely spacious flat in great location
9.0Excellent location, very spacious flat. Thoughtful things left for us for use in the shower and kitchen and although we didn't use, a few games to play was a nice addition
− We didn't know about the size of the parking space until we got all info the night before. Thankfully we came in our sons car which is smaller than ours, the parking was very tricky to manoeuvre into and for people who only have a large car, this maybe should be mentioned in the initial particulars. A few more coathangers would be nice and unfortunately a neighbour in the flats has a loud squeeky door which they open and close repeatedly 6.45am each morning!
