Casa molto bella arredata con gusto e cura. Giardino grande con arredi esterni per pranzare fuori o rilassarsi a bordo della bella piscina.

− Gli orari di check in e out praticamente ti rubano 2 giorni (arrivo non prima delle 17.00 e partenza alle 11.30 max) Purtropp i proprietari sono un po rigidi su questo, danno la possibilità di allungare ma chiedono soldi in piu (300€) e considerato il costo della struttura mi sembra troppo.

Considering the price of the accommodation, I definitely expected more. Completely disappointed.

The location of the accommodation itself was fine. Communication with the accommodation before arrival was easy. Plenty of advice on restaurants and where to buy local delicacies. The house is set back so there is no fear of disturbing any neighbours.

− The biggest disaster is the access to the house. The road was so potholed and destroyed that it was almost impossible to get to the house without damaging your vehicle. If you plan to arrive with a low car, forget it. The last ascent through the forest was so overgrown that we all had our cars scratched by branches and bushes. The cleanliness of the building itself was also not satisfactory. The whole house smells of damp, we could not use one of the bedrooms because there was mold and it was simply impossible to sleep in it. The second bedroom was full of cobwebs and we could only use it after it was cleaned again. The beds were worn out, as were the bedding and towels. The pantry, where the dishes and kitchen utensils are located, was also dirty and full of cobwebs. The tables and chairs on the terrace are completely worn out and not at all inviting. The water in the pool was cloudy and dirty upon arrival. It was only after the intervention of the pool technician that the water cleared on the third day. If I hadn't had invited guests to celebrate my wife's birthday, I would have simply turned around and demanded a refund.
