It's what we want
9.0We've stayed here twice all because of the location. It's not beachfront, but you can see the ocean from the screened in porch. Private Beach Access directly across. It's away from the shops and commotion of typical tourist beaches. Very peaceful.
− The price doubled since last year, but there wasn't any changes. However, to be fair, the owners were correcting their rate. We got a bargain last year because they were under charging compared to the properties around the area.

8.0A lot of Spaces , comfortable staying there.
− Outdoor sitting furniture was not cleaned, still have a lot of pet hair left on it from last guest. So we did not sit on it at all .
Hidden gem that is quite nicer than even the pictures portray!
9.0Location is excellent! Awesome view of the ocean. Quiet area. Uncrowded beach with private and easy access to it. Outdoor shower was great. Actually used the grill. Inside had a very open floorplan and clearly has been upgraded over the years. Well stocked house with a lot of extras like kitchen items, cards/board games, pet dishes, and beach gear. Even noticed items for babies and kids. Screened in porch is key for those who don’t like bugs! Thank you for allowing our dog to enjoy his first trip to the beach!
− Beds minus the master suite were not comfortable, but didn’t take away from an overall wonderful stay.

10.0It’s right on the beach with private access. The house was perfect for our family. It’s much larger than I expected. The beds were comfortable and we loved the porch too! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect place for a quick 30th Anniversary stay.
10.0Beds were comfortable, house was fully stocked, & it was the perfect quick walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to Surf City for groceries and restaurants. Would stay here again if it’s available. Host was quick to respond.

9.0You can see the ocean from the front porch! We love to sit on the porch and drink our coffee in the morning.
