Hay que ser honesto
2.0Que tenía parcela de garaje para cuando llegaba de pueblos de alrededor porque estaba bien situado para visitar.
− No tenía 110m2 y me atrevo a decir a ojo q la mitad. Nos había cerrado 1 dormitorio con candado. La terraza nunca la vimos porque no nos la enseñó....dice q un mal entendido. El aire no funcionaba correctamente en el salón ni el dormitorio principal. Cosa super importante en agosto en Andalucia. Marca 16° pero había 28° y mas, IMPOSIBLE dormir. Tanto por el calor como por zona muy ruidosa. Transito de coches todo el tiempo. En general casa sin un mantenimiento, cosillas menos importantes; cajón congelador roto y lleno hielo, sarten y cazo inservible, barra cortina sala sin sujetar con soportes rotos, sofá con algún rasgado, dormitorio infantil solo con cama ningún mueble más, grifo cocina mal sujeto, lavabo sin sujetar a la encimera, horno muy sucio y quemado, el asa despegado de un lado... Difícil para abrir la puerta sin quemarte. El acceso al piso tanto del garaje como de la calle hay tramos de escaleras muy empinados, importante conocerlo para próximos inquilinos, según las fotos q enseña aparece una puerta a pie de calle y hay q subir varios tramos de escaleras para llegar ahí desde el garage. Nadie se ha hecho responsable de todos estos inconvenientes. COMPRUEBEN LO QUE LES DIGO A SU LLEGADA

The location was good but that’s all I’d recommend this flat for.

− Found the property dirty and the apartment in a general bad state. The rooms fit 2 people each yes but would only call one of them a double room. The other 2 are basically kid beds or those that e o and for 2 people but are terribly uncomfortable. After making them available for 2 people there’s very very limited space to stand and walk- specially with 2 people on the room at the same time.
