− Terzo piano senza ascensore, muri scrostati, vista molto parziale sul mare in un terrazzino ingombro di scope e stendino. Armadi cadenti, un sacco di vecchi oggetti del proprietario in giro, equipaggiamenti evidentemente riciclati vecchi e di scarsa qualità
