10.0Perfect location. 200 meters from Plaça de Catalunya, convenient public transport, and within walking distance of most attractions in the city center, places to eat, and shopping. The building has an exceptionally aristocratic and artistic spirit, a convenient layout of the rooms, toilets, bathrooms, and two kitchens.The presence of a terrace is an incredible bonus.The accommodation is clean and tidy. There is even a small complimentary gift for the guests from the hosts. The hosting agent is exceptionally polite and responsive regarding check-in and pre-arrival instructions.

9.0The property was in a very convenient location, right in the city center, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. It was also very comfortable and close to everything we needed.
− I honestly can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no elevator, so carrying our luggage up the narrow staircase was a little uncomfortable.

8.0Posizione fantastica, vicinissima alle fermate dei bus e della metro, con supermercati, bar e negozi sotto casa. Camere grandi, luminose, ben distribuite. Nel bagno più grande c'è addirittura il bidet! Climatizzazione perfetta, essenziale nelle calde giornate estive. Assistenza perfetta, gentilissimi, soprattutto Flor che ci ha accolti e dato consigli utilissimi!
− L'appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore. Leggermente rumoroso al mattino quando la strada si anima. Per il resto niente da dire, tutto benissimo.
