Huge (suite) room on the top floor with massive bathroom, great water flow and heat. Lovely balcony area next to room. Great location, down some stairs from the main square.

− Bed was very hard and room was very noisy at night from dogs. The King suite was very nice but a little expensive for what it is.

Looking for the address was frustrating and disappointing.

The address 777 Viewpoint, Mayoyao does not exist. We even asked help from the Police Station. Finally a contact person came to let us know that the hotel we were looking for required a steep downhill walk. Please checkout the existence of this “hotel”. This looks like a scam

I think I would have liked the view if it didn't rain.

− 1. The pinned location is not correct. It's very far from the actual location. 2. The contact number provided was unreachable. We were just fortunate that a local helped us and contacted the Brgy. Captain, and happened to know the contact person of the inn. 3. The staff who received us was in a hurry, very obvious that she's not happy with what she was doing. She needs to learn a little about customer service as she is in the hospitality industry. 4. The property is not accessible by anyone with mobility issue ie. Senior citizens and physically disabled. Guests need to take 28 steep steps in the muddy stairs without handrails going down to the inn. 5. The staff was not prepared to receive us. She said she was expecting 2 pax only. But I booked 5 pax. She has to add another bed to the room. 6. There was no hot water in the shower. Before I booked, I sent an inquiry about it, and I was told that there's hot water for the shower. 7. Water supply pressure was very low. We had to use a bucket to get enough water before taking a bath and unable to use the shower. 8. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom because of the stocked water in the bucket. Also, the exhaust fan was not working. 9. Aside from giving us 3in1 instant coffee in the morning, the staff never checked on us even during the time that we checked out. 10. The "Superb" rating here in Booking.com is a scam.
