− It is a completely chaotic place. We had prepaid reservation of a family room, but they said they did not have our reservation in their diary due to the fault in bookiing.com system. We are on family holiday and were worried that we would be left with no place to sleep. They focused mainly on explaining to us how bad the booking.com system is and how many mistakes it generates. They said that it was the fourth time such a situation had taken place. Eventually, they arranged us accomodation in a befriended B&B, for which we had to pay 195 GBP (80GBP more that we prepaid for the room in their place). After lodging a complaint at booking.com they credited us only 34GBP out of 80GBP. I feel that I was taken for a ride by the Macdonalds. To sum up avoid at any cost this chaotic place

9.0The bedroom but couldn't charge phone So left me wothought communication & I'm on my own & disabled. Menu rather blacked things like a steak. Was fast. Food The breakfast was good but no cereals. Noo fruit. I had a smoothie instead.i think it could have been cleaner in bedroom & bathroom but bed was very clean Sink was rough. Kettle looked grotty inside & I don't think the tea was topped up ? There was only 1 breakfast tea & that was decaff and 1 biscuit. No soap for shower

7.0Room very good, the site as well. Staff contacted me in advance to say the restaurant was closed but they made special provision. Really good.
− I was walking and it is a little off the beaten track, breakfast service was slow.
