We had a good stay, however a little bit of love spent on the place could have made it a great stay

− Needed some maintenance: oven didn’t work, damaged mixer at main bath, lights not working in dining room. Old stained linen
Satisfactory. Cost of rental is overrated.
6.0Waterfront, spacious, lots of rooms, fishing, cooking
− Front shower room exposed no privacy because there is NO shower curtain or blinds to seal exposure to passerbys looking into the shower area. Lack of shower foam and shampoo Lack of cleanliness for the Bbq pit, oily and grimy and dirty - we were afraid of contracting germs from the unhygienic pit. Light bulbs at Dining area - 2 bulbs not working. Jetty full of discarded crab nets not removed. Door to Garage cannot be locked - faulty! Door exiting Laundry toilet area - cannot be locked. Sink to kitchen - water cannot draining properly. No water sports - such as kayak or paddle boards. Overall, satisfactory house condition.

3.0It was clean and well presented. However the negatives below outweighed this
− The property is listed as 5 bedroom (sleeping 10 people). It's actually 4 bedroom with the 5th bed being a blow up mattress that was in the master cupboard. No linen supplied for this. Absolutely not acceptable. The property should be listed as 4 bedroom. We had 5 x 50 year old couples and one couple had to sleep on the floor. Also, for a property that doesn't have a dishwasher you need to supply way more than 1 tea towel.
A great house for celebrating wife's birthday with all our family.
8.0Location was excellent. We had great weather which meant we used our boat a lot. House was modern and well appointed. Surprising quiet despite being close to a road.
− Comfortable sleeping is really only for 8. Using a blow-up air mattress to complete our 10 was a bit ordinary for the price. Kitchen was well fitted out but had no pots, no jugs and only 1 tea towel.
