Disappointing.....
4.0Staff were receptive. Location reasonably close to town, however up bumpy narrow lane.
− Poorly built and maintained. Room 6. Finish rough. Doors not closing properly, Most lights not working. Power trips. Shower temperature variable (possibly pump switching on/off?). Water leaking through floor tile. Lots of steps, outside. Possibly risky in wet weather?.

− Nothing, really. However,tThe hot water wasn’t ideal, and I had to frequently shower with cold water. Would be great if a better hot water geyser be installed in the washrooms.

9.0Beautiful place, very nice people, great support for arranging tickets for train to Ella, breakfast to go. Everyone tried to make our stay fantastic! Also thanks to driver Saman who took us to the train station and even supported us into the train 💪
