Meticulously high standard of living in Kalamata - a great choice for exploring the city
10.0We’ve spent 2-3 years of the past 10 in Greece exploring the whole country. This would have to be the most comfortable apartment we’ve ever stayed in for our family of 4. Everything is carefully thought out and quite precise, the mattresses and bedding are superb, climate control is easy, there is entertainment options and lots of space in the open plan layout. We stayed 7 nights, we could, aside from the parking situation, easily stay here for 3 months. At its current price point we think this represents great value for money. The hosts treated us to a whole box of assorted Ice Creams which was a really kind gesture.
− The parking situation is an issue. It’s Russian roulette as to whether you’ll get a great parking space or need to walk a few blocks. This can be stressful at check in and out, thankfully we got lucky. The reality is this is no different for the locals residing in the neighbourhood.

9.0Το καταλυμα ειναι κεντρικότατο , διπλα απο το κεντρο αλλα ταυτόχρονα σε ησυχη γειτονια, διπλα απο παιδική χαρα και παιδότοπο και κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία 23ης. Πας παντού με τα πόδια, δεν χρειάζεται να μετακινεις το αυτοκίνητο. Εαν το μετακινησεις ειναι λίγο δύσκολο να ξαναβρεις θεση παρκινγκ γυρω απο τη γειτονιά . Οι οικοδεπότες ανταποκρίθηκαν αμεσα σε καλεσμά μας. Ευρύχωρο σπίτι , ανετο. Είναι η δευτερη φορά που μείναμε. Διαθέτει διαδρομο γυμναστικής , playstation και κασσέτες gaming. Είχαμε μαζι μας και 5ο μελος ενα μικρό παιδάκι και δεν μας ζητήθηκε επιπλέον κόστος.
− Τα κλιματιστικά δεν επαρκούν για να ζεστανουν ενα μεγαλο σπίτι σαν αυτο και η απόδοση τους ήταν μετρια, σε συνδιασμο με το οτι λείπεις για εξωτερικές βόλτες , οπότε βγάζεις και βάζεις την κάρτα. Με αποτέλεσμα , ενω ειναι ευρυχωρα, δεν ζεσταινεσαι επαρκώς. Μια δευτερη κουβερτα για το κάθε κρεβάτι θα ήταν απαραίτητη να υπάρχει στη ντουλάπα.

10.0We stayed in this beautiful apartment as two couples and had a wonderful experience! The apartment is ideally located near the old town and the city center, just a short drive from the beaches. Beyond the great location, the apartment is beautifully designed and fully equipped, with thoughtful attention to every little detail. We especially loved the wrap-around balconies, the fresh scent of cleanliness and subtle fragrance throughout the space, and the kitchen that served us well during our stay. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and welcoming— always available for any question or need. Highly recommended!

− Тяжело найти парковку для машины. Мешает спать лай соседской собаки и звон близко расположенной церкви.
