It was a brilliant size and loved the decor. Great location easy walk to shops and beach, nice size secure back garden plenty of places to grab food, was already equipped with pods for coffee maker and tea coffee and sugar which was a fantastic. All the room is a great size and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings.

− It could do with a few touch ups in areas, a little bit of paint splatter on things broken handles and curtains kept popping off and very stiff back door for locking and opening. Also was no sweeping brush or dust pan to clean up after myself which I always do. Also garden had quick a few weeds which common this time of year but looked a little untidy from first appearance.

Clean, basic stay in pleasant residential area.

Very clean, to professional standards. Professional linens towels etc. Heating effective, one bedroom is unheated however we did not use this room, might be an issue if there was full occupancy. Nice location near open fields. On street parking easy. If you were at full occupancy I would score the place higher as it would be a better value. Host was very responsive and helpful.

− The window treatments need attention. The curtains/blinds are all of poor quality and coming away from the fixtures or missing. This combines with a very poor decorative finish to give a neglected shabby effect. The place is OK but needs a bit of TLC to pull it up from a fairly basic level. The beds are not very comfortable, we improvised by using duvets as mattress pads which really helped.
