8.0Les terrasses et la partie commune du logement étaient très agréables. Les lits confortables. La proximité de la digue et des commerces.
− Dans la description du logement, il était nullement indiqué que la salle de bain se trouvait au sous-sol, accessible par un escalier étroit et en pente très raide. Difficile avec un bébé et une personne à mobilité réduite! Le logement était uniquement accessible par un escalier, malgré que ce soit un rez de chaussée.
