10.0Sono arrivato in una città che non pensavo mi sorprendeva per la sua ospitalità, la sua bellezza e la sua pulizia in ogni suo angolo, adesso capisco perché è la città dell' oro, la signora Camilla è stata una bellissima sorpresa, cordiale, gentilissima e SEMPRE pronta ad aiutarmi, una Donna elegante come pochissime incontrate in vita mia, facendomi sentire davvero a casa, Le sono davvero tanto TANTO grato... ALTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO anche perché in un solo minuto ero in centro!!!!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – dringend renovierungsbedürftig und schlechter Service

− Das Apartment vermittelt leider den Eindruck, dass es seit längerer Zeit weder gewartet noch instand gehalten wird. Zahlreiche Elemente sind beschädigt oder kurz davor, komplett zu versagen – vom schimmelnden Duschvorhang bis hin zur wackelnden Küchenarmatur. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft stark vernachlässigt. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang der Verwaltung mit akuten Problemen: Selbst bei einem mehrstündigen Stromausfall in der Wohnung erfolgte keinerlei zeitnahe Unterstützung. Anfragen wurden ignoriert oder mit erheblicher Verzögerung beantwortet. Hinzu kommt, dass mir eine fehlerhafte Rechnung von CleanBnB ausgestellt wurde – auf meine Rückfragen dazu erhalte ich bis heute keine Antwort. Auch die Küchenausstattung war unvollständig: Es fehlten grundlegende Utensilien wie Pfannenwender oder Kochlöffel, was die Nutzung der vorhandenen Töpfe und Pfannen nahezu unmöglich machte. Insgesamt leider keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – weder in Bezug auf Zustand noch auf den Kundenservice.

− Las bayetas de limpieza estaban mohosas. Estaba activado el sistema de calefacción del apartamento para una reserva realizada en los últimos días de junio. Los huéspedes no tenemos porque saber como apagar la calefacción. Una de las camas era un sofa convertible en cama de suelo. la dureza del colchón era incomoda para un adecuado descanso.
