Very touristy trip to the desert - fun for kids.
7.0Fun camel ride to access the camp, and fun for the kids to jump and slide down dunes in the desert.
− We did not stay at this camp, as we were taken to a different camp without being told of a change. We had booked this camp in conjunction with booking Hotel Sunset Palace, and were told it was the same company. We were actually taken to Golden Camp Merzouga without mention of any change. The tent was lovely, but there were approx 100 people there (we were in tent 36) and it was not what we had booked, and was a substantially cheaper option. When we queried it with the hotel, they said that this happens all the time, often people book a year in advance, and the camp is too full to honour the booking, and they had sent us to a camp with nicer tents. They refunded me the difference in price when I requested.

10.0We had quadbike tour at sunset and hassan the guide was excellent. Also had the sun rise camel tour and the guide was very nice as well. Over all it was an excellent experience. Would do it again！
