Excellent hospitality. Personnel very assisting, covering requirements in no time. Fully equipped with everything, nothing missing. Extra touch of hospitality the fruits and snacks waiting for us plus a very much needed bottle of cold water in the fridge. Very close to beach. Very quiet at night.

− The one but important drawback of the facility is the total lack of outside space. If you want to have a coffee, feeling the morning or evening breeze, you have to literally sit on chairs placed on the sidewalk, with cars passing by in front of your face, so it was totally unpleasant. Same way, you cannot open the door for fresh air because of the street in front of you and the lack of privacy. We ended to stay in an always enclosed room without the ability to feel the outside. There is nothing they can do to fix it, it is a structural problem, but still it is a major reason for not giving a perfect score.

Die Vermieterin war sehr entgegenkommend und hat meine Anfragen sehr rasch beantwortet. Sehr verlässlich und freundlich.

− Das Zimmer ebenerdig bietet nur Privatsphäre wenn man den Sichtvorhang geschlossen hält. Dafür etwas Abzug

We really liked the apartments - wonderful, new, with new appliances, a coffee maker, etc. We would like to express our gratitude to the owner of the apartments, Eva. Eva is a very kind and attentive hostess: from the welcome fruits, cakes and wine to the advice on choosing the best restaurants with the best prices in the local area. Also, thank you very much for the beach chairs and beach umbrellas that you provided us with for free during our visits to the beach. Thank you very much again, Eva! Regarding Kolymvari. A beautiful town, with a lot of restaurants and an ancient monastery, which is located very close to the city and is worth visiting. Regarding the beach. The apartments are really located literally less than a minute walk from the beach, which could not but please us, as big lovers of swimming. The beach is clean, very large and long, there was enough space for everyone. Perfect for a quiet family vacation, there were many young families with children and seniors. The sea was excellent, calm and warm, only once there were small waves. We really loved the place and strongly recommend everyone to visit both Kolymvari and Eva's apartments!
