− Che l’appartamento era stato preferito ad un altro per il fatto che leggendo le varie risposte date ad altri clienti sul Parcheggio l’host ha sempre indicato di averne uno privato a 200 metri, invece arrivati sul posto mi è atato risposto che è sulla via pubblica, si su strisce bianche ma non è privato. Non è una cosa grave, ci mancherebbe ma è stato uno dei motivi per il quale l’ho scelto, preferendo sempre parcheggiare la mia auto in zona privata o quanto meno custodita. Le chiavi del cancelletto sono difettose e bisogna giocare un pò per riuscire ad aprire.

Ottimo punto di riferimento per un soggiorno breve
8.0Situata in una palazzina di nuova costruzione o da poco ristrutturata, abbiamo soggiornato in una camera nuova, fornita di frigo (essenziale per la stagione estiva); ambiente pulito e ben organizzato, così come il bagno. La posizione è ottima, vicina alla stazione e non distante dal lungomare San Marco, e ben servita da negozi e punti di ristoro. Letto comodo e grande.
− Non è stato indicato nella descrizione che l'alloggio si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore: si tratta di un'informazione necessaria perché sapendolo prima permetterebbe una gestione diversa dei bagagli, o comunque permette di valutare se vada bene o no per le proprie esigenze.
