10.0Maria Stella, the host was super helpful and very flexible to make our stay more comfortable and convenient. The free breakfast bar is just around the corner and opens really early. This saved us a lot of time.

− De ontvangst was niet aanwezig. Communicatie een ramp. Het ontbijt was slechts een ontbijtkoek.

− En principio el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño para una habitación para 4 personas, Roma en verano es muy caluroso y estaría bien que el servicio esté acorde a la cantidad de personas que se van alojar. Segundo y algo bastante incómodo que sucedió fue el tema del desayuno, me avisaron el mismo día por la mañana (domingo) que el bar donde teníamos que ir a desayunar se encontraba cerrado por vacaciones, sin darme ninguna otra opción para suplantarlo. Tuve que ser yo quien insista en que me indiquen otro lugar, me dijeron otro y también fui yo como huésped la que chequee que ese bar también se encontraba cerrado los domingos. Al final después de varias vueltas y enlaces enviados por diferentes WhatsApp me mandaron a un bar, tuve que esperar a una señora que no sabía quién era y ese día resolvió pagando en el momento el desayuno. Al siguiente día nos enviaron a otro bar, el cual el desayuno era deprorable, un cornete seco y un café, se notó que cambió por un bar mucho más barato, en vez de dejarnos ir al bar del día anterior que tenía mucha más calidad.

− There is no Air con in dining area, it take sometime to cool down whole property but over all our experience was good.
