8.0Studencka okolica, szybki internet, 3 przystanki metrem od Koloseum i ścislego centrum. Dobre śniadania, czysta lazienka, szybki kontakt z osobą wynajmującą i wczesne zameldowanie. Bliskość sklepów

4.0− Lack of transparency in promotied accomodation - there are 3 different places hidden behind one proposal. Very small breakfast at the caffe outside at the street with no place for sitting. Not properly cleaned room, strange smell in the room. Very small room - definitely not 28m2 as promoted. The bedsheet and towels are wahsed inaproperly not using enough washing powder = smelling one.

− Colazione minimale (cappuccino e cornetto) in un bar vicino. Scaldabagno sottodimensionato per una camera che può accogliere quattro persone: eravamo in tre ma il secondo giorno di permanenza ho dovuto fare la doccia fredda

− ho scelto la struttura appositamente perchè era a 5 min a piedi dall'università invece senza avvisarmi mi hanno assegnato un'altra camera del B&B a 15 minuti a piedi. Suite familiare senza una porta divisoria tra gli ambienti, letto aggiuntivo pagato senza cuscino con coperta macchiata, bidet del bagno da cui usciva pochissima acqua. Abbiamo pagato un pernottamento per 6 persone, ho chiesto anche prima se c'era shampoo e bagnoschiuma mi è stato risposto di sì, abbiamo trovato 3 mini bustine di shampoo doccia con cui è stato impossibile lavarsi.

− Purtroppo, l’appartamento era molto sporco e in condizioni poco soddisfacenti. Il divano letto, inoltre, era rotto e presentava delle macchie marroni. Ho segnalato tutto a Maria Stella, che ha provveduto subito a far tornare la donna delle pulizie per cercare di rimediare a ciò che era possibile. Nonostante l’intervento, sono rimasta a disagio per tutto il soggiorno, soprattutto per una questione di pulizia e igiene. Inoltre, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione gratuita prevista. Mi dispiace, perché la pulizia e il rispetto dei servizi promessi sono aspetti fondamentali per un soggiorno sereno.
