− The location of this property is absolutely fantastic –right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything within walking distance. Unfortunately, the excellent location does not make up for the extremely poor level of cleanliness. The bathroom was in a shocking condition. The shower wall tiles were covered with black mould, the shower tray still had hair from a previous guest, the toilet was visibly dirty, and the sink had a thick build-up of grime that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the bathroom. We didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower because it simply didn’t feel hygienic. The living area was equally disappointing. The sofa was heavily stained and looked filthy, there were cobwebs in the corners, and to make matters worse, we found clothes left behind by a previous guest inside the bedside cabinet. This gave us the impression that the apartment had not been properly checked or cleaned before our arrival. Many previous reviews mention how kind and friendly the owner is. Perhaps that is true, but being a pleasant host is not enough. Cleanliness and hygiene are the absolute basics of any accommodation, and unfortunately, this property falls far below an acceptable standard. It is a real shame because the location is exceptional, but no location can compensate for poor hygiene. We expected a clean, comfortable place to stay, but instead left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable.

8.0Cicha i bardzo spokojna lokalizacja. Zaskoczeniem jest podświetlona i przeszklona piwniczka. Duże, wygodne łóżko na piętrze. Czysto i ciepło.
− Tapicerka kanapy na parterze wymaga prania. Papier toaletowy po użyciu należy wyrzucać do kosza obok.

9.0Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel, ruhig in einem Hinterhof gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Bernard ist ein guter Gastgeber.
