We settled for Yona Residence Inn. A smaller place with a courteous staff that is pleasing to mind.
1.0− Can you believe we got to the hotel as planned, and the lady at the reception told us that she declined the reservation made. She did that awful act without recourse to me, and we suffered a while before we could get another place booked. Really unfair and what a shabby treatment to be given to us at the period of Customer Service Week.
